Technical Support Specialist
Semitron, located in Thessaloniki-Greece, is one of the leading companies in the global Taxi industry. We are currently looking for a bright Technical Support Specialist to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers. This technician will be part of the Research and Development team and he/she will provide support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required. A background in engineering or IT support is required.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Support R&D department by creating necessary documentation
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in the field will be an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
- Written and oral communication skills in German language will be an asset
- Completed Miltary Service (regards men candidates)
